The Human Resource Development Council (HRDC) is hereby inviting bids for the sale of a vehicle as described below, on an “as is where is” basis.

The vehicle may be viewed at the HRDC premises at NG Tower, Cybercity, Ebene from 09 00 hrs to 15 00 hrs on appointment.
Bids in the prescribed bidding form, accompanied with a bank cheque of 5% of the tender value as bid security, in a sealed envelope, clearly marked “SALE OF HRDC VEHICLE” and with the appropriate reference number, should be deposited in the tender box of the HRDC located near the Reception Desk, 4th Floor, NG Tower, Cybercity, Ebene by Friday 15 September 2023 at 14 00 hrs.
Prospective bidders have to ensure that their bids remain valid for a period of 60 days as from the closing date of the bidding exercise.
Note: The HRDC does not bind itself to accept any tender, nor will it assign any reason for the rejection of a tender.
